Hiiii!! I'm Emily (:
After years of dreaming and romanticizing, I officially launched my business in September 2024, and it’s been the BIGGEST leap-of-faith-turned-blessing I could have imagined! Photography has always just made sense to me — I love seeing the world and the Lord moving through it, meeting new people, and watching love stories unfold in real time. I’ve always been the friend behind the camera, capturing the little moments others might miss. I’m wildly sentimental and hoard photos like they’re heirlooms (no, seriously... my phone camera roll is currently sitting at 30,000+).
I really do believe every photo is a little time capsule — proof that a beautiful moment happened, and you were there for it. That’s why I’m so passionate about capturing life as it is — real, lived-in, and honest — even while I’m living in the moment with you.
When I’m not behind the camera, I'm probably either working third shift as a pediatric sonographer (fancy word for ultrasound tech) or editing sessions between readjusting my sleep! I’m a hopeless romantic who’s always been obsessed with rom-coms and love stories, and somewhere along the way I let that love of storytelling blossom into this business.
I met my husband while we were both working at Chipotle (guac about a love story), and we’ve been honeymooning since 2022. He's my best friend and my biggest supporter. We have three fur babies — Goose (our golden boy) and our two cats, Henry and Harper — and a pet turtle named Mikey. I’m a big fan of iced coffee, ginger ale, road trips, and any excuse to escape to the beach or the mountains. I love Jesus and I love His people — and that’s at the heart of everything I do.
Your photos should feel like you — warm, meaningful, and true to your story. If you're looking for someone who’ll cry during your vows or first dances and obsess over all the in-between moments, I might just be your girl (:
